Q: Do you provide installation and support services outside Brisbane & Gold Coast?
A: Yes, a large number of our installation and refit work is carried out throughout Australia and the Asia pacific.
Q: We have an urgent requirement for on vessel support, how soon can you get to us?
A: Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast – usually same day, rest of Australia and Australasia – Next day (sometimes same day – depends on location). Yes we will come out of hours if required.
Q: Do you offer assistance for vessels that are ‘under way’?
A: Yes, if it is not possible to resolve remotely, we can offer a service where me meet you at the next port and fix the problem while you are under way to the next port, meet the vessel at sea by boat, or land on your vessel by helicopter.

Q: We are having problems with the way our IT / Satellite Comms / AV system / security cameras are working, can you help?
A: Yes, absolutely – this is out core business activity. Depending on your problem(s) we can make recommendations to address any issues and find the correct solution. This does not necessarily involve changing hardware.
Q: We have had people come to locally, or fly out to do work on our vessel before, but they have typically had to return to source spare parts, costing additional lost time and money, do your engineer come suitably equipped?
A: Engineers are equipped with a wide range of common parts locally and a good selection of common when flying to your vessel . While we cannot guarantee we have every part you could possibly need, we always bring an extended range of spares specific to the requirements of the job we are attending.
